this is exactly how 54 minutes of dvw playing in a club sound. this is the longest FUCK YEAH mixtape so far. and i also have the feeling that it’s the best one yet. i’ve heavily tested all of these tracks on dancefloors, those that didn’t work - didn’t make it on this tape. i hope you enjoy it!

after 4 months, i finally did a new FUCK YEAH mixtape. it’s less pop and more club music than the previous ones - FUCK YEAH represents what i play in clubs. playing live is gonna be exciting this winter! for the next month alone, i’ve been booked to support the likes of PRINCESS SUPERSTAR, THE PROXY and MAKE THE GIRL DANCE! doesn’t sound too bad hm? ;)

The previous three months were great - summer and all its pleasures, a month in Indonesia, and loads of new projects.

First of all, I’ve been remixing like crazy. Don’t go looking on Hype Machine just yet, the remixes were all official which means it’s gonna take some time till they’ll be available. They’re worth the wait though, I surprised myself with every new remix how different they sound to everything I’ve done before.

Then, there’s gonna be a DVW kind-of-album coming out soon. I’m not gonna reveal the label just yet, but be prepared for a collection of some new shit I’ve done plus my favorite tracks I’ve done in the past four years.

One more thing that kept me busy was the change of my live setup. In the beginning, I used good old vinyl, switched to CD players, then Ableton Live, and now I’m using it with a new controller - the Akai MPD 32. It’s definitely gold, and my DJ shows are more and more transforming into proper live shows. Come see for yourself!
